It all started in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned that fresh ingredients make everything better. That lesson shaped my love for baking and inspired every treat, coffee, and scoop we serve today.

After running a bakery in Alliston, I moved to Palmerston for a fresh start. One day, a small downtown storefront caught my eye. With my wife’s encouragement, we signed the lease—and Dulce Heaven Café & Cones was born.

Now, our café is a place for specialty coffee, delicious pastries, handcrafted desserts, and ice cream cones, all made with care, creativity, and a love for our community.
