Spring has arrived at Dulce Heaven Café, and that means our spring drinks, iced coffee, cold brew, refreshers, fresh baked desserts, and ice cream are officially back.  If you’re looking for a cozy small-town café to enjoy iced lattes, coffee, and desserts this spring, we have lots of new seasonal flavours and menu items to try.

Spring and Summer is one of our favourite seasons at the café. The sun starts coming through the windows again, people stay a little longer with their coffee, and our menu starts filling up with fresh local fruits like strawberry, mango, lavender, and other fresh spring and summer flavours.

Ice Cream Season Is Back (April 1, 2026)

One of the biggest signs of spring in a small town is when ice cream season starts again. Warmer evenings mean more after-dinner ice cream trips, walks downtown with a cone, and families stopping in for a treat.

Ice cream season is always one of the most fun times of the year at the café, and we’re excited to have it back.
